Black (dd) Angelfish

A Black Angelfish (dd) is nearly jet black in color. The stripes are not usually visible, but they indeed are there. They may be seen as a juvie or when taking a picture if using a bright flash. As an adult fish there will be some blue highlighting in the gill area.
